Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village is truly is a magical place! The moment you step in to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village you are immediately transported to another place. The architecture and ambiance in the Tlaquepaque marketplace is transformative. You immediately feel as though you are in a beautiful Mexican village. The winding alleys and intricate tunnels help you loose yourself and become absorbed in the charming feel of the entire venue. This magical ambiance is what makes this a special wedding venue!
You have a couple different options for your ceremony at Tlaquepaque. If you’re hosting an exceptionally small wedding or ceremony, the Tlaquepaque Chapel may be an option. Because the Chapel can only fit a total of 40 people, the Chapel is a great option for extremely intimate micro-weddings or elopements. Tlaquepaque even offers a special Elopement Package specifically for small weddings. If you’re thinking small – you’re definitely going to want to check out this package!
If your guest list is larger than 40 people, the best place to host your ceremony is Patio de las Campanas. With the gorgeous arches, iconic fountains and fabulous Mexican inspired architecture, the Patio de las Campanas perfectly embodies the charming ambiance of the Tlaquepaque Village.
If you’d like to your guests to experience all the knooks and crannies of the Tlaquapaque Village you might consider hosting you cocktail hour or your reception at the Patio Del Norte. Overlooking the gorgeous Patio Del Norte Plaza and fountain (pictured above), this elevated patio offers a very romantic atmosphere for your ceremony, cocktail hour or reception.
Finally, if you want to feel as though your wedding it taking place in a beautiful Mexican village that rivals some gorgeous scenes we see in the movies, Calle Independencia is the location for you. This fantastic space can host up to 200 guests. The charming string of bistro lights and surrounding amber lights creates a the perfect ambiance for your wedding reception.
