Which wedding planning package is right for you?

Full Service – $8000

We understand selecting the full service planning package is a significant wedding investment. We want you to know we do not take this trust lightly. The full service wedding planning package offers the ultimate wedding planning experience. Planning a wedding typically spans the course of at least one year. This package includes unlimited communication, meetings and guidance throughout this 12-18 month timeframe. We customize each of our full service wedding planning packages to fit your individual story, vision and budget. We will walk you through every step of planning your wedding. Let us coordinate all the details and gently guide you through the wedding planning experience so you can simply enjoy the ride. Please contact us to request a customized proposal.

Day of Event Coordination & Budget + Vendor Selection – $5000

The package offers the essentials planning elements from our full service package. Flawless day of event coordination and the support selecting a professional and experienced vendor team to ensure your wedding goes off without a hitch. This package is designed to give you peace of mind when selecting your venue and hiring your wedding vendors. We will ensure you hire true wedding professionals that are priced within your wedding budget to make sure we design the wedding of your dreams.

Day if Event Coordination + Design – $6500

This package is designed for those couples who are comfortable managing the vendor and budget details on their own, but would like some additional guidance with their wedding design. This package offers all the support of our day of coordination package with the additional step by step design guidance to develop, refine and execute your design aesthetic for your wedding day. Let us help you sort through the “option overload” and guide you to identify the perfect style for your wedding.

Day of Event Coordination -$3500

This package is right for you if pride yourself in your organizational skills and the beautiful wedding binder you have created over the past few months. You loved interviewing vendors, managing deposit schedules and tracking all the details leading up to your big day. However, you recognize you will not be able to truly enjoy your wedding if you are managing all the event logistics. You would now like to entrust your carefully crafted plan to a team of wedding professionals to orchestrate your vision. If this is you, contact us at least 60-90 days before your wedding to schedule this planning service.

Online Planning Courses

In 2024 CGW will be launching online wedding courses designed for brides who are interested in having a more hands on planning experience, without the stress of having to design the wheel of wedding planning. Each of our courses will walk you through the step by step planning process to plan your wedding with ease!
